Rachel Gillette is Merriman River's GCC/Non-TITAN Project Director and Associate Legal Counsel for the 2006 IBT Officer Election. She is responsible for coordinating data and establishing eligibility guidelines for members from locals that are not on the Teamster's main data system. A third year law student at Quinnipiac University School of Law, Rachel is also serving as Merriman River's Associate Legal Counsel under the direction of Hank Murray. She resides in Hamden, Connecticut where she also serves as the Mayoral representative for the creation of a town-wide wi-fi network and Town Center Park District.
