Hank Murray is Merriman River's primary Legal Counsel. He is a well-regarded expert on union democracy, internal union election procedures and compliance issues. From 1990 to 1992 he was special assistant to Michael Holland, the first court-appointed election officer in the Teamsters Union. Hank is currently working with Merriman River and the Office of the Election Supervisor for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters as an eligibility advisor for all non-TITAN, GCC, BLET and BMWED locals. Working with Merriman River, he has organized and supervised elections for over a dozen AFL-CIO unions. Hank is a graduate of Yale College and UCONN Law School and resides in Hartford, Connecticut.
